About the Hub

If you want to help more women and girls get active in ways that work for them, then this campaign hub is for you.  

It brings together the latest research, insight, guidance and tools to help you identify and overcome the barriers that may be holding back the people you’re trying to reach.

The theme of our next phase is 'belonging starts with inclusion' – and you can join the conversation using the link below.

Shape it

Too many women on lower incomes and from under-represented groups don’t feel like they completely belong in the world of physical activity. It’s up to all of us to understand why and work together to make sport, physical activity and movement feel more accessible, appealing and possible to less active women.
